BREWERS FAQ’S

What does this benefit?

We are a non-profit fundraiser for the Cheyenne Depot Museum. We are a registered 501(c)-3 and can provide you our tax documents upon request.

What do we need to bring?

We ask that you bring your pop up shelter, kegs (if not being supplied through a distributor), jockey box, and any other schwag you want to distribute. Please don't bring any glassware as glass isn't allowed on the plaza.

What’s provided?

We provide tables, CO2, ice, barrels for the beer, and volunteers to help pour so you can talk about the beer. We also provide security overnight both nights to watch over things.

Do you pay for kegs?

We do; however, since we are a non-profit, we do accept donations and can provide a tax letter for you. We also have a “Beer for Beds” program where we will pay for one night’s hotel room for each ½ bbl keg in trade.

What are the hours and where is it?

The festival runs from 5-11 on Friday and Saturday nights. We will be setting up on Friday all day and ask that everyone be in place no later than 4 P.M. on Friday so that any last minute hiccups can be addressed. Saturday we do have a brewers reception at Accomplice Beer Company from 2-4pm with lunch provided. The festival is held on the Cheyenne Depot Plaza in downtown Cheyenne at 15th St and Capitol Ave.

What about parking and unloading?

You will be allowed to pull onto the plaza to unload but all vehicles will need to be off the plaza no later than 4 P.M. You can come onto the plaza after the festival is over and the crowds have cleared. If you are participating in the “Beer for Beds”, you can park at the Fairfield Inn on West Lincolnway and they will have a shuttle running all night to get you to and from the festival. If you are not participating we will need you to park in the lot on 15th St at O’Neil or in the city parking garage. There will not be any parking allowed in the Depot lot as that will be for the festival.
