(Cheyenne) – Tickets are on sale to the general public for the 20th anniversary of the Wyoming Brewers Festival, present by Midas of Cheyenne, Fort Collins and Greeley. The two day event combines live music, craft beer and food to raise funds to support the Cheyenne Depot Museum. Tickets can be purchased online at www.wyobrewfest.com/tickets.
There are a few changes to the ticket structure this year in response to feedback from patrons at last year’s festival. First, tickets are now good for either Friday or Saturday night taking the guessing game out of which night will feature the better weather. Second, there is now a full weekend pass available so festival goers can take their time sampling beer and experience eve more craft breweries over the course of the weekend. The full weekend pass is available only online, in advance and is limited to 100.
Other changes to this year’s festival include a new pod system for the brewers allowing the festival to spread out across the plaza and the addition of games and merchandise. Twenty three unique breweries have been confirmed including several first time attendees to the festival and many from Wyoming.
The Wyoming Brewers Festival is June 19th and 20th in the Depot Plaza in downtown Cheyenne, WY. Proceeds from the festival go to support ongoing special projects at the Cheyenne Depot Museum. The festival promotes the growing craft beer culture in the west and celebrates brewers and their products.
